Welcome to Holy Grail Apparel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We make every effort to display our products, including colors and designs, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product, and slight variations in color, print placement, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product descriptions, and to change or discontinue any product at any time. Products are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee that any item will remain in stock.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limitations on quantities available for purchase. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled item.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order and shipping information. Please review our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, pre-orders, and address corrections.

4. Pre-Orders

Certain items are offered on a pre-order basis and are clearly marked as such on the product listing. Pre-order items are produced in dedicated production runs, and shipping timelines are stated on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your item will ship within the stated window after the pre-order period closes, and you consent to this extended timeline. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to continue waiting or request a refund.

5. SMS/Messaging Terms

By consenting to Holy Grail Apparel's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.

You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

All content on the Services — including but not limited to designs, artwork, graphics, logos, product imagery, text, and the "Holy Grail Apparel" name and tagline — is the property of Holy Grail Apparel and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of our designs or content without our express written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of the physical item only, not any rights to the underlying artwork or brand.
