Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 7-10 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 15-42 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

Free Shipping is provided for orders withing the US. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
