Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Holy Grail Apparel! We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing and shipping times:

• Pre-made orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and shipping.
• Pre-order items: Please allow 30–55 days for your order to ship after the pre-order window closes. Pre-orders are made in dedicated production runs, so this window reflects manufacturing and transit time. Pre-order status is clearly indicated on the product listing, and we'll keep you updated on your order's progress — thank you for your patience while we create something worth the wait.

Shipping costs: Free shipping is provided on all orders within the US. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Incorrect shipping address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, email us at holygrailapparelfl@yahoo.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it — but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

International orders: We are not responsible for import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are paid upon delivery. We do not issue refunds for international orders abandoned or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost or damaged packages: Once your order is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.
